Who we are

This site, builtbyestrada.ai, is run by Daniel Estrada, doing business as Built by Estrada, in McAllen, Texas. Questions about this policy: hello@builtbyestrada.ai.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, business name (optional), email or phone number, the service you pick and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare what you asked for.
• Product reservations. The same contact details and which product you reserved, so we can send you the checkout link when it ships. No payment is taken on this site today. When checkout opens, payments will be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe; we will receive your name, email, billing country and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Security logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested to deliver the site and block attacks.

What we do not collect

This site has no analytics, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no session recording and no third-party scripts. The free calculators run inside your browser and send nothing to us. The estimate checklist saves your check marks in your own browser storage (localStorage) on your device; it never reaches us, and the Clear button deletes it.

Tracking and Do Not Track

No third party collects information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites. Because we don't track you, we treat every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a few service providers that process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Slack (where contact-form messages reach our team), our email provider, and, once checkout opens, our payment processor. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client. Reservation details: until the product ships or you cancel, then up to 24 months for records. Client and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Security logs: as long as Cloudflare keeps them for security.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving messages from us. Email hello@builtbyestrada.ai. We answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers. Access to our tools is limited to the people who need it. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as Texas law requires.

Visitors outside the United States

We are in Texas and store information in the United States. If you write to us from Mexico or elsewhere, you can exercise the same rights above (access, correction, deletion and objection) by email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is material and we have your email, we will tell you before it takes effect.
